At Essdee Perfumes, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered to the customer. If you receive such a product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper details and proof (such as photos).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective when delivered.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacement

In case of damaged or wrong items, we may also offer a replacement product instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Shipping for Returns

Customers may be required to return the product to our provided address. Return shipping instructions will be shared by our support team.
